Nik is a global expert in applying brand and business strategy, brand financial analysis & research, brand architecture & portfolio strategy, naming, positioning, analytics and project management to produce powerful strategic solutions for client brands.

Before founding Presciant, Nik was Senior Partner at Ogilvy Consulting where he addressed complex branding questions for leading clients, in B2B, B2C and non-profit categories, including American Express, Aetna, Pfizer, MD Anderson, Caterpillar, Google, and the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation.

Prior to Ogilvy Consulting, Nik led Millward Brown / Kantar’s North American practice, where he helped clients improve their business results through strategic and analytical techniques to address issues such as growth, portfolio management, marketing investment optimization.

Prior to Kantar, Nik worked at FutureBrand, where he led client engagements in brand strategy and analytics. Nik has also been a Principal Consultant in PricewaterhouseCoopers’ corporate strategy practice where he helped Fortune 500 clients address their marketing and growth strategy needs, merger integration, and corporate redesign. Earlier, at IBM, Nik led a team that designed a breakthrough microprocessor chip.

Nik holds an M.B.A. from the Wharton Business School in finance and operations as well as a Master’s degree from MIT in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science. Before that he received a Bachelor’s degree from Columbia University.

Having grown up in many different countries, Nik has picked up and forgotten several languages along the way. His first spoken words were in Serbo-Croatian and he was at one point fluent in Laotian. Nik remains fluent in four languages.
