Daniel is an accomplished and versatile executive experienced in creating dynamic operational and communications strategies that drive brand development, increase stakeholder engagement, and broaden understanding of company culture, vision, and values. As a dedicated leader, he is adept at motivating cross-functional teams, building strong professional partnerships, and creating innovative solutions to complex business problems.

Prior to joining Presciant, he was Executive Director of the German American Cultural Center in Chicago, where he oversaw all aspects of business strategy and operations while serving as the lead spokesperson and public face of the organization, finding innovative ways to increase donor retention and drive business development.

He has a history of building and branding new business ventures, with extensive experience in Asia. This includes creating and building a successful craft brew business in China, for Urbrew, the first Chinese company to work with major German beer producers and brew to Germany standards.

Other startups include Lazada in the Philippines, an Asian equivalent of Amazon, now a multi-billion-dollar enterprise sold to Alibaba, and Rocket Internet, where he launched the APAC business. His early career includes strategy and marketing roles at Mercedes-Benz, Dell Business Consulting, and BMW.

Daniel holds an MBA in Business Strategy from the University of Finance, Economics and Management in Germany. Fluent in German, English, and Mandarin Chinese, he brings a sharp international perspective.
